COGO Building Maintenance has been providing premier residential and commercial cleaning services in St. Louis since 2005. Our South City based Janitorial Cleaning Company started out with only two employees and has now expanded to include admirable fleet of janitorial technicians. In 2007, COGO Building Maintenance expanded our residential and commercial cleaning services to include high pressure cleaning service. COGO Building Maintenance has served a variety of diverse clientele such as Commercial Building Developers, Residential Builders and Property Management Companies.

Our residential and commercial cleaning service provides total quality management by using onsite quality control supervisors. COGO Building Maintenance is committed to providing the best St. Louis janitorial services with total customer satisfaction.
COGO Building Maintenance quality control supervisors maintain strict quality control standards for all of our janitorial services. Our supervisors have a comprehensive checklist of all work to be performed onsite and make sure that all janitorial services are completed before leaving the job site.
COGO Building Maintenance uses the MITC employee-tracking systems so that we know where our janitorial technicians are at all times. The MITC computer tracking system tracks our janitorial technicians when arriving at or leaving a job site. The MITC computer system verifies both the janitorial technician’s employee number and the location of the telephone from which each call originates. If an employee does not show up on time, the MITC computer system follows up by alerting COGO Building Maintenance automatically. If the employee cannot be reached in a reasonable amount of time, another janitorial technician will be dispatched to your location immediately.
Training
COGO Building Maintenance technicians are required to receive training both hands on from well experienced managers and supervisors, and the most advanced training on the use of all the necessary equipment, chemicals and supplies.
